They replaced and installed 3 bathroom sinks along with 3 new faucets and replaced the thermostat and element in my hot water heater. I requested Daniel because he had been to my home before for work. He and his helper did not disappoint. They were very polite and professional.

All staff from the receptionist, to the call dispatcher, to the technician were courteous and professional. Daniel was very courteous but matter of fact and immediately set to work clearing our drain line. He was thorough, sending the snake both directions to be sure that we would not have additional problems. The service process is smooth from the initial call to the invoicing. I will be using Royo-Rooter again.
